USE DIRECTION

1.Apply oil on mold to avoid any scratching which will show up on all your lipsticks.

2.Fill liquid raw material into the aluminum mold holes.

3.Freeze it in fridge to paste about 30 minuets.

4.Use scraper to remove the residue.

5.Gently take out the upper Lipstick mold (you can also use a mold release to avoid breaking the sticks).

6.Use a lipstick casing to absorb the paste in. Twist the stick down into the case.

7.Finished.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the mold set with white electric oil for 12 hours before using.

Clean with a lightly oiled rag, never run under water. If mold gets wet, dry thoroughly.

Don’t insert any tools in the cavity that could scratch it. The scratch will show up on all your lipsticks.

Keep wrapped in saran wrap when not in use.

KINDLY NOTE

We still advise to use silicone molds instead if you want your logo to be showed perfectly on the finished lipsticks. Silicone mold filling technology is a mature process way for lipstick filling, which used widely for big brands as well as indie brands.

We are able to provide the entire system for silicone mold if interested.

If prefer aluminum filling mold with your logo, we advise to place the logo on the tip but not on side,

Make the logo as simple as it can be, or it will be hard to release and will damage your logo.
