USE DIRECTION

1.Requires an aluminum mold base and a vacuum demolding machine. (We can provide the entire system for silicone molds if interested.)

2.Place the silicone mold into the hole in the aluminum mold base and fill the liquid material into the silicone mold.

3.Freeze it in fridge to paste about 30 minuets.

4.Use scraper to remove the residue.

5.Gently take out the upper Lipstick mold (you can also use a mold release to avoid breaking the sticks).

6.Use a lipstick casing to absorb the paste in. Place the mold base containing the solidified lipstick on the vacuum chamber of the vacuum demolding machine. Turn on the power to create negative pressure, which will cause the silicone mold walls to expand slightly outward. Gently pull out the lipstick, twisting the stick down into the case.

7.Finished.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

When not in use for extended periods, please store the molds in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

KINDLY NOTE

Silicone molds can be reused up to approximately 50 times; however, repeated use leads to increased deformation of the silicone, which in turn causes significant distortion of the molded product. We recommend limiting reuse to around 20 times if high precision is required; you may purchase quantities based on your specific filling requirements.

We still advise to use silicone molds instead if you want your logo to be showed perfectly on the finished lipsticks. Silicone mold filling technology is a mature process way for lipstick filling, which used widely for big brands as well as indie brands.

If prefer aluminum filling mold with your logo, we advise to place the logo on the tip but not on side,

Make the logo as simple as it can be, or it will be hard to release and will damage your logo.
